Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly not interested in signing either Jadon Sancho or Casemiro during the January transfer window despite recent links with the Manchester United duo.
Sancho has not featured for the Red Devils since the end of August due to his falling-out with head coach Erik ten Hag, and he is set to leave the 20-time English champions during the January market.
Casemiro's future has also been called into question, with a number of Saudi Pro League clubs believed to be interested in the Brazil captain.
Both players have been linked with moves to PSG of late, but according to journalist Ben Jacobs, the French champions are not considering moving for either during the winter market.
Jacobs claims that the bulk of the French team's January business will be completed once they have finalised deals for Gabriel Moscardo and Lucas Beraldo.
Midfielder Moscardo is set to move to the Ligue 1 giants for Brazilian club Corinthians, while centre-back Beraldo will arrive from Sao Paulo.
Sancho is still expected to depart Man United at the start of 2024, with Borussia Dortmund thought to have expressed an interest in re-signing him.
However, a recent report claimed that the strongest interest in the Englishman is coming from Bayer Leverkusen, RB Leipzig and Stuttgart.
Sancho has also been linked with Barcelona, although the Catalan outfit are not believed to be planning a move, having confirmed the arrival of Brazilian teenager Vitor Roque.
Casemiro is unlikely to be allowed to leave Man United in the middle of the campaign, with Red Devils boss Ten Hag wary of leaving himself short in midfield.
The 31-year-old has been restricted to just 12 appearances at club level this season due to injury, and he has been out with a hamstring problem since the start of November.
However, the experienced midfielder is expected to return in the middle of January, potentially in time for Man United's Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
Casemiro has a contract at Old Trafford until June 2026, with the option of a further 12 months, and he has contributed 11 goals and seven assists in 63 appearances for the Red Devils since his arrival.
However, the South American is believed to be keen on a new challenge at this stage of his career, and Saudi Arabia is expected to be his destination in the summer of 2024. body check tags ::
