Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly indicated that they are ready to push through a deal for Tottenham Hotspur defender Toby Alderweireld.
In November, Alderweireld suffered a hamstring injury which kept him out of the starting lineup for three months and since his recovery, the Belgian has made just two appearances which both came in the FA Cup.
Alderweireld has less than 18 months remaining on his contract and although Spurs have the option of extending his terms by an extra 12 months, that would trigger a release clause in the region of £25m.
According to the Daily Mail, Alderweireld has been told that he can leave the North London outfit during the summer and PSG are said to be willing to meet the 29-year-old's wage demands.
Alderweireld allegedly wants a deal of around £200,000 per week, and the French giants are seemingly prepared to offer the centre-back a long-term contract at the Parc des Princes.
Manchester United and Chelsea have also been linked with an approach for the former Atletico Madrid and Southampton man.
