Real Madrid are reportedly mulling a possible bid for Colombian striker Radamel Falcao at the end of the season.
Manchester United signed the 29-year-old on a season-long loan deal from Monaco, with the option of completing a £43m permanent move in the summer.
However, with the Red Devils looking increasingly unlikely to exercise that option, the Daily Mail claims that the European champions are now plotting a transfer for for the ex-Atletico Madrid attacker.
Furthermore, Monaco vice president Vadim Vasilyev has suggested that several top clubs are interested in doing a deal for the Colombian international, who has been hampered by injuries over the past 12 months.
Falcao has scored four goals in 14 starts since moving to Old Trafford.
