Paul Pogba, Kylian Mbappe and Erling Braut Haaland all feature on a four-man 2022 transfer shortlist for Real Madrid, according to a report.

Real Madrid have reportedly drawn up a four-man transfer shortlist for the summer of 2022.

Los Blancos' well-documented financial troubles made it difficult for Carlo Ancelotti to bring in a wealth of new arrivals, with David Alaba and Eduardo Camavinga representing the club's only two acquisitions this summer.

Real Madrid were thought to be willing to pay £197m to secure the signature of Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe on deadline day, only for the French giants to stall over a move.

Now, AS claims that Mbappe features as one of four targets for Real Madrid's summer of spending next year, although the striker is expected to sign on a free when his PSG deal expires.

The report adds that Erling Braut Haaland, Robert Lewandowski and Paul Pogba are also priority targets for Los Blancos, with the latter's time at Manchester United set to come to an end in 2022.

Meanwhile, Lewandowski is thought to be open to leaving Bayern Munich as he eyes a new challenge, but Manchester City, Manchester United and PSG are all expected to battle for Borussia Dortmund's Haaland alongside Real. body check tags ::
