Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea will reportedly top Real Madrid's transfer shortlist in the summer.
The 25-year-old had agreed terms on a switch to the Bernabeu last September, but the move fell through due to the fact that the necessary paperwork was not completed by the two clubs before the deadline in Spain had passed.
De Gea has since agreed a new contract at Old Trafford, while Real were hit with a two-window transfer suspension by FIFA, which appeared to have ended any chance of the deal being reignited in the near future.
However, Los Blancos had that ban provisionally suspended earlier this week and their first act was to inform De Gea's agent Jorge Mendes that they intend to sign his client, according to The People.
The report adds that Madrid plan to offer the Red Devils £23m and they will also hand the keeper a £6.5m signing-on fee.
