Borussia Dortmund defender Neven Subotic is reportedly close to agreeing a new long-term contract with the Bundesliga champions.
The 23-year-old is regarded as one of the best young defenders in world football and has formed a solid partnership with German defender Mats Hummels at club level.
Subotic had been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Manchester City, but according to Sky Sports News, a new contract offer is on the table.
The Serbian's current deal runs until 2014, but it is understood that the new terms will keep him at the German outfit for at least the next four seasons.
Subotic has made 31 international appearances for his country.
