David Moyes is continuing his and Manchester United's pursuit of Thiago Alcantara and has reportedly launched a £15m move for the Barcelona midfielder.
United have been linked with a move for the Spanish playmaker, who is currently captaining his country at the European Under-21 Championship, over the past two transfer windows.
Moyes is also a long-term admirer of the player, who is understood to be frustrated at a lack of first-team opportunities at the Camp Nou.
The Scot was interested in bringing Thiago to Goodison Park during his time in charge at Everton, but the Toffees did not have the finances to meet Barca's asking price.
According to The Mirror, an offer of £15m will be enough to tempt the Catalan giants into selling their young starlet, who is also interesting Manchester City.
