Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman has refused to be drawn on suggestions that his club could sign Borussia Dortmund's Erling Braut Haaland during this summer's transfer window.
The 20-year-old is widely expected to leave Signal Iduna Park in the upcoming market, and Barca are allegedly preparing to rival the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea for his signature.
However, when questioned on the Norway international ahead of Sunday's La Liga clash with Real Sociedad, the Catalan club's head coach said that it was not the right time to discuss a potential move.
"Haaland? This is not a time to talk about a player who is not ours out of respect for his club," Koeman told reporters.
"There is talk of signings but I don't like it and I need to focus on tomorrow's game and the players we have.
"We'll talk in the next few weeks on where we can improve but I will not respond to players who are not ours."
Haaland, who has scored 33 times in 31 appearances for Dortmund during the 2020-21 campaign, is said to be leaning towards a move to Real Madrid this summer. body check tags ::
