Manchester United will reportedly have to pay around £200m in fees and wages to re-sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.
The La Liga outfit will accept a minimum offer of £60m for the Portuguese star, whose wage demands are £380,000 per week, according to The Mirror.
The hidden costs of signing Ronaldo is said to have deterred the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain from pursuing him, paving the way for the Red Devils to swoop this summer.
Ronaldo is under contract at Real until 2018, but recent reports suggest that he is growing disillusioned with the Spanish giants.
United reportedly have the funds to bankroll the bumper transfer thanks to their world-record £750m, 10-year kit deal with Adidas.
