Robin van Persie has hinted that he could be interested in joining Juventus amid speculation over his Manchester United future.
The striker has 12 months remaining on his contract and is understood to be seeking assurances from manager Louis van Gaal for next season.
However, the 31-year-old has now admitted that he is impressed by the spirit of Italian champions Juventus having spoken to former United teammate Patrice Evra.
"I still speak to my old mate Patrice," he told the Sunday Mirror. "He has told me stories about how Juventus train, how hard they work and how they manage to be successful.
"They have a fantastic spirit – a totally different approach from English or Dutch players before games. They grab each other by the head, they shout at each other to pump each other up. And they also have big running sessions after games. Patrice has showed me there are many ways to be successful."
Evra featured for Juventus on Saturday night as they lost 3-1 to Barcelona in the Champions League final.
