Former defender Mikael Silvestre has claimed that Paul Pogba is longer committed to life at Manchester United.
Before the start of this season, Pogba acknowledged that he wanted to take on a new challenge elsewhere, leading to frequent speculation regarding a switch to either Real Madrid or Juventus.
Having been restricted to just eight appearances during the current campaign due to injury, it has been suggested that United are prepared to consider offers for the World Cup winner.
While Silvestre still hopes that United will get to see the best of his French compatriot, the ex-United man has hinted that the 27-year-old already has his sights set on leaving Old Trafford.
Speaking to The Athletic's Talk Of The Devils podcast, Silvestre said: "We have to wait and see but it doesn't look like his head is at United any more.
"I saw him before the lockdown and he looked happy, everyone is behaving like normal with him. He is part of United so if he was to stay there wouldn't be any issue, I just hope we see the best out of him.
"He should be at his peak right now with his age and his experience with United and France. It would be nice to see him in midfield with Bruno Fernandes."
Pogba effectively has just over two years left on his contract.
