Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eager to land Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez.
The Mexican international recently expressed his desire to fight for his place at Old Trafford, but it is believed that he has grown frustrated at the lack of starting action.
That has alerted Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas, who would like to add the 25-year-old to his squad during the January transfer window.
However, the report added that the Red Devils are unlikely to be keen to sell the centre-forward to a Premier League rival.
It is also believed that the North Londoners would face competition from Atletico Madrid for Hernandez's signature.
