Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly seen a bid of €45m (£37.7m) for Porto attacker Luis Diaz rejected by the Portuguese giants.
The Colombia international has enjoyed a stellar season under the tutelage of Sergio Conceicao, banking 16 goals and six assists in 28 appearances across all competitions.
Diaz's form has supposedly led to interest from both Manchester United and Liverpool, with the Red Devils reported to have sent scouts to watch the 25-year-old in action this month.
Now, Record claims that Tottenham approached Porto with an offer of €45m (£37.7m) for Diaz, but the Primeira Liga leaders swiftly rejected the Lilywhites' bid.
The report adds that Porto are not prepared to negotiate a lower fee than Diaz's €80m (£66.9m) release clause, but the player may be tempted by the prospect of a move to the Premier League.
Diaz is under contract at the Estadio do Dragao until the summer of 2024 and is currently away with the Colombia team preparing for World Cup 2022 qualifiers against Peru and Argentina.
