Tottenham Hotspur sporting director Fabio Paratici is reportedly determined to sign Ousmane Dembele as a free agent from Barcelona next summer.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly hoping to tempt Ousmane Dembele away from Barcelona with an attractive contract offer.

The France international continues to run down the final few months of his Blaugrana deal and can begin talks with clubs elsewhere from January.

Barca president Joan Laporta has affirmed that Dembele does want to remain at Barcelona, but contract talks with the 24-year-old are yet to bear fruit.

Manchester United and Newcastle United continue to be linked with a swoop, but reports in Spain say that Fabio Paratici is determined to bring the attacker to Tottenham.

The report claims that Paratici was a keen admirer of Dembele during his Juventus days, and Antonio Conte's side are prepared to make him a key player from 2022 onwards.

Dembele's time at Barcelona has been blighted by injuries, and he has featured just three times this season in all competitions. body check tags ::
