Axel Tuanzebe 'set for Manchester United loan exit'

Manchester United are reportedly willing to allow defender Axel Tuanzebe to go out on loan for the 2021-22 campaign.

Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe is reportedly expected to leave Old Trafford on loan this summer.

A combination of injury and being kept as fourth choice by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer restricted the centre-back to just nine starts and 10 substitute outings in all competitions last season.

With United in the market for a more experienced player in that position, the 23-year-old's future has been discussed behind the scenes.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the former England Under-21 international will be allowed to move elsewhere on a temporary basis.

The report claims that Tuanzebe was left disappointed with his game time last season, leaving him open to pursuing other opportunities.

A number of Premier League and European clubs are said to have registered an interest in the United academy graduate. body check tags ::
