Manchester United and Liverpool are reportedly both keeping tabs on Peterborough United youngster Ricky-Jade Jones ahead of the January transfer window.
The 17-year-old came through Peterborough's youth system and has featured on four occasions for the first team this season, including against Burton Albion in League One last weekend.
The forward has scored against both Cambridge United and Stevenage in the cup competitions this term, meanwhile, and recently signed a professional deal with Posh.
However, according to the Daily Mail, Darren Ferguson's side are facing a serious battle to keep hold of the teenager during the January transfer window as the Premier League interest grows.
The report claims that United watched Jones in action against Burton on Saturday, while Liverpool have also made checks on the youngster ahead of a potential bid at the start of 2020.
Tottenham Hotspur are also said to have failed with a £2m offer for the Englishman.
