Manchester United and Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Porto defender Danilo, who is believed to have turned down a new contract.
The Brazilian defender is thought to have been offered a one-year extension, which would have carried a bigger buyout clause.
However, The Mirror claims that the full-back has rejected that offer and is looking to leave the Portuguese side to join a European giant.
It is said that Liverpool are in the market for the right-back this summer, with England international Glen Johnson expected to leave at the end of the season.
United are also believed to retain an interest in Danilo, but Nathaniel Clyne and Tottenham Hotspur's Kyle Walker are also thought to be viable options for Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal.
