Manchester United have reportedly proposed a £30m January transfer bid for Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke, according to reports in Spain.
United have been searching for a source of creativity since the summer, having missed out on both Cesc Fabregas and Ander Herrera.
The Daily Mail claims that sources abroad have stated that United proposed a £30m bid for the player on Saturday, with manager David Moyes thought to have personally watched the youngster in action against Porto earlier this month.
Reports are also suggesting that Koke's club may be looking to offer the player in a deal to help secure the signing of on-loan Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
