Tottenham Hotspur defender Kieran Trippier has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Manchester United.
Trippier is nearing the end of his fourth campaign with Spurs, but it has been suggested that the North London outfit may sell the right-sided player during the summer.
Napoli have been credited with an interest in the 28-year-old, but according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, United may be prepared to launch an approach for the England international.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to make changes in both full-back areas ahead of the next campaign, and each of Antonio Valencia, Matteo Darmian and Marcos Rojo could all leave Old Trafford.
That would leave the Norwegian potentially looking for experienced replacements, and Trippier may emerge as an ideal candidate to make the switch to United.
Trippier - who has previously been based at fellow North-West clubs Manchester City and Burnley - still has over three years left on his contract at Spurs.
