Donny van de Beek is reportedly keen to secure a permanent move to Everton this summer.

Having struggled for action at Manchester United in the first half of the 2021-22 campaign, the Netherlands international was allowed to join Everton on loan for the rest of the season.

Van de Beek has made two appearances for the Toffees since his arrival and impressed against Leeds United last time out, playing the full 90 minutes in the 3-0 win at Goodison Park.

The 24-year-old, as it stands, will return to Old Trafford this summer, and he still has more than three years left to run on his contract with the 20-time English champions.

However, according to The Mirror, Van de Beek wants to leave the Red Devils permanently ahead of the season to complete a move to Everton.

The report claims that Man United are likely to be open to a sale if they receive an offer in the region of £20m for the former Ajax playmaker.

Van de Beek has scored twice and provided two assists in 50 appearances for his parent club since making the move from Ajax in the summer of 2020.
