Manchester United will allegedly hand Louis van Gaal a £150m warchest to improve his squad this summer.
Club officials are confident that the Red Devils will secure a place in the Champions League this term and are willing to give the Dutchman the funds required to keep them among Europe's elite, according to The Mirror.
United shelled out the same amount on new recruits during the last transfer window, and Van Gaal is said to be on course to take their spending through the £350m barrier with his next summer spree.
Van Gaal's targets include Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin, Borussia Dortmund centre-half Mats Hummels, Southampton right-back Nathaniel Clyne, and Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman.
Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus remains a long-term target of United, but reports suggest that he is more likely to join Bayern Munich than move to the Premier League.
United head into this weekend's clash with Southampton in fourth place in the table.
