Robin van Persie has arrived for his medical ahead of a proposed move to Manchester United.
It was announced on Wednesday that a £24m fee had been agreed between Arsenal and United over a transfer for the Dutch striker.
The 29-year-old has now started his medical at Bridgewater Hospital in Manchester.
The signing is expected to be completed by midday on Friday.
