Marco Verratti has insisted that he wants to remain with French champions Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
The 20-year-old, who joined the French outfit from Pescara last summer, has four years remaining on his contract with PSG.
A number of Italian clubs have been linked with a move for the playmaker, but Verratti has revealed that "PSG is the present".
"A few clubs want me. But it's not only up to me; it's also up to the club. I believe in PSG's plan and next year I want to play at the World Cup," Verratti told Il Centro.
"In Paris I'm a regular player, so it's ideal. One day I'll surely come back to play in Italy but I don't know if that will be in a few weeks or in a few years. PSG is the present."
Manchester United were also heavily linked with the youngster last summer.
