Montpellier president Louis Nicollin has insisted that Remy Cabella should not be targeting a possible move to Newcastle United in the summer.
Cabella was heavily linked with a transfer to Newcastle in January but Nicollin believes that the 23-year-old should be aiming higher if he leaves the French club.
"Newcastle? They're good, aren't they? Don't make me laugh. In England, you should play at Arsenal or Chelsea or either of the Manchester teams at a push," Nicollin told RMC.
"We promised to let him leave. But I'll advise him not to leave for just anywhere."
Cabella has scored 10 goals in Ligue 1 this season.
