Montpellier HSC coach Rolland Courbis has urged his side to go back to basics and do the simple things correctly at the start of his second spell at the club.
Courbis said that turning around the fortunes of the side 17th in Ligue 1 will not happen quickly, and at the moment is looking for better performances rather than results.
"I have no miracle formula," he told Ligue1.com. "When there's a difficult situation I always do simple things and say simple things. I want to put in place a balanced side that will be solid and capable of causing our opponents problems.
"My objective is to win but I'll never say it's only the result that counts. If we lose 2-1 but have eight chances to their two then that will be more positive for me than if we win with a 93rd-minute own goal."
