Nantes striker Ismael Bangoura has signed a one-year contract extension with the French outfit.
The Guinea international, who signed for the Canaries last year, will now remain at the Ligue 1 club until the summer of 2015.
Bangoura joined Nantes from United Arab Emirates club Al Nasr SC in 2012 in a controversial move that was adjudged to be in violation of his contract with the Dubai-based outfit.
The matter was referred to FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber, who ordered Bangoura and Nantes to jointly pay a fine of €4.5m (£2.7m), banned the player for four months and imposed a temporary transfer ban on the French side.
Both parties unsuccessfully lodged appeals against the sanctions with the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
