Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has said that he was disappointed with his team's 2-0 defeat to Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League.
The result sees them crash out of the competition with a 5-0 aggregate deficit having lost 3-0 at home in the first leg.
Mazzarri was highly critical of his players following the defeat at the Stadio San Paolo, and said that he "expected more" from last night's match.
"In all honesty, I expected something more tonight, even if it wasn't easy to play after the first-leg result," Mazzarri told Sky Sport Italia.
"It's certainly not a disadvantage to be out, as with a typical week of training we earned five wins and two draws, which were away to Fiorentina and Lazio.
"We cannot stay at certain levels unless we are on top form both physically and mentally."
Partenopei are currently second in Serie A.
