Newcastle United would reportedly be willing to consider letting Miguel Almiron leave the club this summer.
The 28-year-old has struggled to hold down a starting role in the Newcastle side this season, playing the full 90 minutes on just four occasions in the Premier League so far in 2021-22.
Almiron has not started a league game for Eddie Howe's side since before Christmas, while he has seen competition for places increase since Bruno Guimaraes's January arrival.
The Magpies are expected to strengthen further in the summer window following their takeover last year, raising more questions over Almiron's future.
The Paraguay international has a release clause of around £65m in his contract at St James' Park, but the Newcastle Chronicle reports that the club would be open to bids below that figure.
Almiron has not scored for Newcastle for more than a year and has just 13 goals and five assists to his name from 111 appearances for the club in total. body check tags ::
