Besiktas will hold talks with Newcastle United over the signing of Papiss Cisse on loan on Thursday, according to a report.
The Daily Mail claims that the Turkish giants are interested in the services of the striker on a temporary basis until the end of the season, but are willing to pay £7.5m if the Premier League club refuse to agree to a loan deal.
It has also been reported that UK-based football agent Muzzi Ozcan will fly out to Istanbul on Thursday to broker a deal between the two clubs.
However, Newcastle are said to want £10m for the 28-year-old Senegal international, who joined the Magpies from Freiburg in January 2012.
