Newcastle United are reportedly closing in on the signing of Monaco striker Emmanuel Riviere.
Yesterday, reports emerged claiming that the Magpies have agreed a fee of £6.3m with the French outfit.
According to Sky Sports News, Riviere is now undergoing a medical with the North-East club ahead of his proposed transfer.
The forward found the back of the net 10 times in 30 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit last season.
