Newcastle United have reportedly agreed a deal with Roma to send Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa on loan to the Serie A club.
The Italian side have been looking for a replacement for Mehdi Benatia, following his move to Bayern Munich last month.
According to La Republica, the move has now been completed, with Roma paying a €1.5m (£1.2m) fee to complete the loan.
Yanga-Mbiwa joined Newcastle in January 2013.
