Newcastle United goalkeeper Freddie Woodman has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for two clubs in the Championship.
Despite being tipped to break into the first team at St James' Park, the 22-year-old has been limited to four appearances for the Magpies, all of which have come in the FA Cup.
That has seemingly left Woodman with a decision to make regarding his future, and The Chronicle claim that the Englishman is pushing for a loan move away from the North-East outfit.
The stopper has spent similar spells with Crawley Town, Kilmarnock and Aberdeen, although he is yet to make an outing in the Championship.
The report adds that two clubs from the second tier of English football are monitoring the situation ahead of a possible approach in the coming days.
Woodman has just 12 months left on his contract, leaving Newcastle to contemplate a fresh deal for the former England Under-21 international.
