Suspended FIFA official Mohamed bin Hammam believes that he will be found guilty of bribery allegations.
FIFA's ethics committee have begun a two-day investigation into claims that the Qatari bribed Caribbean officals during his FIFA presidential campaign.
The claims forced the 62-year-old to pull out of the campaign, leaving Sepp Blatter to run unopposed and win a fourth term in office.
"It seems likely that FIFA has already made its decision weeks ago," he wrote on the Asian Football Confederation's website.
"None of us should be surprised if a guilty verdict is returned."
Former FIFA vice-president Jack Warner was also accused of bribery but will not be investigated after resigning from all footballing activites.
