Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster has expressed his gratitude towards Neil Lennon after the Irishman opted to leave his post as manager with the Scottish champions.
The 42-year-old stood down from his post after four years in charge at Parkhead, where he guided the club to three league titles and two Scottish Cups.
After hearing the news, Forster, who is in Portugal with the England World Cup team, tweeted: "Very disappointed to hear the Manager has left. Grateful for everything he did for me over my time at the club."
Lennon has previously been linked to newly-relegated Championship side Norwich City and Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion, who are looking for a new coach.
