Northampton Town boss Chris Wilder has won the League Two Manager of the Month award for January.
The Cobblers were in dazzling form last month, taking 13 points from a possible 15 while scoring 12 goals in the process.
Despite sitting in a mid-table position, Northampton are still in with a chance of securing a playoff place come the end of the season.
Wilder saw off competition from Shrewsbury Town's Micky Mellon, Ronnie Moore of Hartlepool United and Burton Albion's Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink to clinch the award.
Northampton are back in action on Saturday when they host Morecambe in the league.
