Nottingham Forest captain Chris Cohen has insisted that manager Stuart Pearce will fix the team's poor run of form.
Forest have slipped down to 10th place in the Championship table in recent weeks after failing to win any of their last eight matches.
Optimism has turned into frustration at the City Ground, but Cohen believes that Pearce is the right man to guide the squad forward.
"Most of the teams who have done well through history are those who have stuck with people; particularly good people like the manager we have here," he told the Nottingham Post.
"He is a man with the club's best interests at heart. I can see the manager having a really long reign here. It is all about structure. Every good club has stability."
Forest can end their winless run tonight when they entertain Brentford.
