Dougie Freedman has hailed a "convincing win" for his Nottingham Forest side after they beat Wigan Athletic 3-0 on Wednesday.
Britt Assombalonga opened the scoring for the home side, before Chris Burke and Henri Lansbury netted in the second period, and Freedman was delighted after winning his second consecutive game since taking charge.
"I'm pleased for the fans you know," Freedman told Sky Sports News. "It was a good, convincing home win.
"We had three different goalscorers, and we had a clean sheet and as I say I'm really pleased with a convincing win."
Freedman replaced Stuart Pearce, who was sacked at the beginning of the month.
