Ambitious Championship side Nottingham Forest have reportedly had a £6m bid accepted by Bournemouth for striker Lewis Grabban.
The 30-year-old spent the whole of last season on loan in the second tier, scoring a combined 20 goals for Sunderland and Aston Villa.
Grabban's second spell at the Vitality Stadium now appears to be coming to an end, as BBC Sport claims that talks between Bournemouth and Forest over a permanent deal have been successful.
Since returning to the Cherries in January 2016, following a 19-month stint with Norwich City, the English striker has turned out just 22 times.
Forest have already signed eight players during the off-season, including £15m attacking midfielder Joao Carvalho from Benfica.
