Notts County have reportedly agreed a deal to sign want-away Crawley Town striker Izale McLeod.
Crawley's top goalscorer last season has been omitted from manager Mark Yates's plans and not featured in any of the club's four games so far this season after Yates revealed that he had been trying to engineer a move.
County chairman Ray Trew revealed at the start of August that the Magpies had had a £100,000 offer for the striker rejected by Crawley, but according to The Mirror, a deal has now been agreed after an improved offer of £150,00 was submitted.
If the deal goes through, McLeod will face his former club in a fortnight's time when Crawley travel to Meadow Lane in League Two on September 5.
