Nuremberg midfielder Makoto Hasebe has revealed that the club's new coach Gertjan Verbeek has a more attacking philosophy than Michael Wiesinger.
Hasebe said that the Dutchman was keen to ensure that the movement was there to quickly convert defence into attack, which is what they have been working on in training.
"His philosophy is more attack-minded than the previous coach," Hasebe told Bundesliga.com.
"We should also defend in a way that allows us to seamlessly switch to attack when we win the ball. The focus is certainly on attacking."
Nuremberg are currently 16th in the league with seven draws from 10 games.
