Orlando City have secured the services of Antonio Nocerino.
The Italian midfielder had been available for a short period of time following his release by AC Milan earlier this week.
"Nocerino is an energetic and hard-working box-to-box midfielder that can provide an immediate impact within the squad," head coach Adrian Heath told the club's official website.
"He has a tremendous amount of experience playing at the highest level and his ability to play numerous roles in the midfield will be an incredible asset for us this season. We're looking forward to working with him."
As well as Milan, the 30-year-old has played for Juventus, Palermo and West Ham United.
