Queens Park Rangers fell to defeat in their second pre-season game as a late goal from Emile Sinclair secured a 1-0 win for Peterborough United at London Road.
The home side started the game well and threatened with a free kick from Grant McCann but his effort was stopped by Robert Green as he turned it past the post.
Green was forced into making another good save just before the break when Nathaniel Mendez-Laing raided clear, but the former England international made a good low stop.
After the break, QPR came into the game and should have taken the lead when Alejandro Faurlin crossed for Bobby Zamora, but he could only direct his header over the bar.
Just as the game was heading for a draw, the Posh struck in the 86th minute through Sinclair as he coasted into the box and poked a low effort past Green to earn his side the win.
