Damien Perquis has been ruled out of Poland's final Group A encounter with the Czech Republic on Saturday with a knee injury.
The defender, who has started in the co-hosts' two previous matches, limped out of training on Friday with the problem after only 15 minutes.
The 28-year-old is expected to be replaced by Grzegorz Wojtkowiak for the match against the 1996 runners-up.
A win at the Municipal Stadium in Wroclaw would be enough to put Poland through to the quarter-finals.
