Poland have sacked their manager Waldemar Fornalik following the team's failure to qualify for next year's World Cup.
The 50-year-old took charge of the side in July 2012 after the dismissal of Franciszek Smuda.
However, Fornalik has now been fired due to a disappointing qualification campaign.
A Polish Football Association statement read: "The coach Waldemar Fornalik has ceased to be coach of the Polish national team."
Poland, who were beaten 2-0 by England on Tuesday night, had to settle for a fourth-placed finish in Group H.
