Portugal striker Hugo Almeida has insisted that he and teammates are not affected by the focus on Cristiano Ronaldo.
Many regard the Real Madrid winger, who has scored three goals in two games at Euro 2012, as the side's star player but Almeida believes that the former Manchester United star deserves the praise.
"Cristiano, being the best player in the world, has just been outstanding," Almeida told Goal.com. "He is having a great tournament and it does not bother us if they talk about him.
"We are a unit and as a unit we are playing very well. They also have to be worried about us. Portugal have a good team and we will do everything to reach the final."
Portugal go up against Spain in the semi-final this evening.
