Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu could reportedly miss Italy's Confederations Cup semi-final against Spain with a knee injury.
The experienced keeper, who is the current understudy to Gianluigi Buffon, twisted his right knee in training on Wednesday, according to reports in Italy.
It had been suggested that Sirigu would be given the gloves for Thursday's meeting with the European and world champions, with Buffon struggling for form in Brazil.
It is believed that Sirigu's condition will be monitored over the next 24 hours before a final decision is made.
