Lyon have secured a spot in the semi-finals of the Coupe de France after overcoming Paris Saint-Germain 3-1 on Wednesday.
It was the home side who started the match the stronger and Nene might have given them the lead with an effort after ten minutes, but it drifted wide.
Nene's disappointment was short lived, however, as he converted a penalty after 19 minutes to send PSG ahead.
Kim Kallstrom brought the match level after 25 minutes with an effort from distance, as Lyon began to enjoy an extended period of possession.
Lyon moved 2-1 ahead after 40 minutes courtesy of Lisandro Lopez, with the away side looking the more likely to extend their lead.
Chances were few and far between in the latter stages of the match, but Lyon made sure of the victory in the final minute when Bafetimbi Gomis converted from close range.
