Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that Marco Verratti has struggled to recapture his early-season form but remains confident in his ability.
Ancelotti believes that it is "normal" to see a dip in form when a player switches leagues, and said that he has faith in the 20-year-old Italian.
"Verratti has been quiet recently," said the 53-year-old. "After a great start he is not having some difficulty.
"I think it's normal when a player had to adapt to a new league, but I have great confidence in him and his technical ability."
Verratti joined the club in a £10m summer move from Pescara.
