Laurent Blanc has expressed his satisfaction with his Paris Saint-Germain side after they drew with Lille to remain top of Ligue 1.
Having initially gone in front through Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the champions were forced to come from behind to earn a 2-2 draw at Parc des Princes thanks to a Thiago Silva equaliser that leaves PSG three points clear at the top of the league at the halfway stage of the season.
"There was a bit of everything," Blanc told reporters. "We have a few regrets, but also satisfaction at having managed to equalise. The biggest regret is to not have come into the half-time break in front.
"I don't have a whole lot to reproach my players. I enjoyed watching the match. I'm disappointed with the result, but Lille did what they had to do. Both Lille and Monaco played very well here at the Parc.
"We have 44 points and that's not bad halfway through a season. I'm most happy about the way we are playing. We again created a lot of chances and could have scored a lot of goals. We conceded goals because we take risks. But overall, I think people enjoyed watching this match."
PSG's next match comes after the winter break when they travel to Ajaccio on January 11.
