Salvatore Sirigu believes that Paris Saint-Germain's "excellent" performance against Lille deserved more than just a point on Sunday.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic opened the scoring, but the champions were then forced to come from behind to earn a 2-2 draw at Parc des Princes thanks to a Thiago Silva equaliser that leaves PSG three points clear at the top of the league at the halfway stage of the season.
"I think we could have won this evening because we played very well," Sirigu told the club's official website.
"We had several good chances to score tonight so we are a bit disappointed with the result.
"We really put on an excellent display. Lille took their chances, but over the full 90 minutes, I think we deserved to win."
PSG's next match comes after the winter break when they travel to Ajaccio on January 11.
